Consensus Group was honoured to inspire new generations at a successful SV Horeca Interactive Inspiration Day: an interactive afternoon full of presentations, demos and pitches covering the challenges facing gastronomy. It was a successful first edition of the Futureproof Horeca event.
The programme brought together a range of speakers, from SVH Master Chef Albert Kooy and Orbisk on food waste to the Young Chef Academy and training around sustainable hospitality. Glenn Laurentius of Consensus Group presented the sustainable spray technology as a gamechanger in hygiene, health and hospitality.
