On Friday, December 12th, Restaurant M. hosted a unique experience: the ‘Night of the Champions’. A select group of guests, united by their love of sport, gathered at the table, Consensus Group among them, for an evening where taste and top-level sport merged.
We were transported into the culinary world of star chefs Richard van Oostenbrugge, Thomas Groot, Stefan van Sprang, Ollie Schuiling and André Gerrits. The precision, passion and teamwork their dishes demand are universal for anyone who strives to excel.
