Our vision

TheGamechangers:ourvisionforintelligentspaces

They called it 'facilities.' We see something else: an invisible system that shapes how people feel, work, and live every day. The question for us isn't just how to keep a building clean and operational; it's whether this environment makes people healthier, sharper, and more human, or whether it wears them down.

We believe organizations should no longer manage their buildings, campuses, and areas as cost centers, but deliberately deploy them as strategic investments in people. That's why we don't think in isolated square meters, specifications, or contract lines, but in intelligent ecosystems: environments that learn from daily use, respond to what's happening, and move with the people who live and work in them.

From space to intelligent ecosystem

Traditionally, facility environments are set up around norms, schedules, and checks. In our view, spaces aren't static objects; they're dynamic systems continuously interacting with people, processes, and technology. Every interaction within a building tells us something about performance, quality and user experience. By measuring and analysing that information, better insight and better decisions emerge.

We design spaces and services as learning systems: connecting sensors, data, AI, and craftsmanship into one network that helps prevent disruptions, raise comfort, reduce waste, and make sustainability tangible. The focus shifts from 'managing what's there' to 'developing what's needed.'

Four principles

Four guiding principles

Everything we do, we build on four clear principles. They form the compass for our team, our partners, and our clients.

01

Intelligent ecosystems

We move from static spaces to systems that learn from use and adapt to changing needs. The physical environment becomes an active part of performance, wellbeing, and sustainability, not just a backdrop.

02

Human-centered design

We start with the experience of people: how they arrive, work, recover, learn, and collaborate. Only then do we choose technology, processes, and contract forms. For us, technology only succeeds when it strengthens health, experience, and performance.

03

Data-driven innovation

We measure what matters and steer on what really makes a difference. We use data and AI to surface patterns, run scenarios, and ground decisions. Numbers are never an end in themselves; they're a way to make impact transparent and manageable.

04

Craftsmanship & amplification

Professionals remain at the core of our work. Technology doesn't replace them; it makes their work smarter, lighter, and more effective. We invest in skills, behavior, and pride so people can work with more overview, better tools, and more satisfaction.

Living network

A living network: Systems, Labs & Digital

Our organization isn't a traditional pyramid; it's a living network that learns, shares, and scales. We have three pillars that reinforce each other and together form one ecosystem.

Systems

Consensus Systems: the operational core

Systems helps organisations consciously manage their facility environment, making it transparent and measurable. We combine strategic audits, supplier oversight and process design with hands-on on-site support when needed. The goal: spaces and services that demonstrably contribute to wellbeing, productivity and cost control.

Labs

Consensus Labs: the innovative core

Labs is our breeding ground for innovation. Here we source and test new concepts – such as Drone Solutions or EnozoPRO – and through Puritas we build behaviour, craftsmanship and professional development. This ensures new ideas land within the facility sector instead of ending up in a drawer.

Digital

Consensus Digital: the digital core

Digital forms the backbone of our ecosystem. With ANT Solutions we bring the facility-financial data from buildings together into a steering cockpit. From raw data to usable insight, allowing organisations to proactively steer on performance, cost, quality and soon also predictions with AI.

People first

People first, technology second

We don't plan the future in thick reports; we design systems that let people work and live a little better every day. That means we only choose technology once we're clear on:

  • what experience we want to create,
  • what behavior we want to support,
  • and what decisions we want to make better.

Our working principles are simple: we measure what matters, design for people, keep learning, and act with purpose. In practice, we automate the predictable so that professionals can focus their time and energy on complex challenges, collaboration, and genuine innovation. The result: environments that are not only more efficient, but also more human and more meaningful.

Who we work with

Who we work with

Consensus Group exists for executives, directors, and facility leaders who want to look beyond the cleaning contract. For organizations that understand 'clean,' 'smart,' and 'human' aren't separate words; they're one system.

We prefer working with partners who see their environment as strategic leverage: for health, performance, sustainability, and attractiveness as an employer. With them, we build ecosystems where humanity and intelligence pull together, supported by data, technology, and strong craftsmanship.

If that's your view too, then this isn't a conventional take on facility management. It's the next phase in how we relate to spaces, people, and information, and the conversation doesn't start with 'how clean,' but with: what kind of environment do you really want to build?

We transform spaces into ecosystems and amplify people with technology

We create impact that's measurable

We believe the future of facility lies in the combination of craftsmanship, innovation and data. That is why we build ecosystems that help organisations perform better.
